An unexpected surprise in Rome
The stay was full of delightful surprises—from the gorgeous high-quality bedding to the perfect shower pressure. Not to mention the personalized attention from Antonio that truly made us feel like family!
However, the street noise occasionally interrupted our peaceful slumbers, adding an atmospheric touch that wasn’t always welcomed.

Excellent air conditioning, exclusive location behind Basilica Santa Maria di Montesanto, proximity to Piazza del Popolo
The suites are located on the second floor of a building with no elevator that might be a hassle for heavy luggage!!! Additionally, the street noise can quickly become overwhelming during the night for those hoping for a peaceful stay!!!

While the room had a location that was quite decent, I couldn't help but grumble about the small double room, which was absolutley tiny. also, who doesn't offer milk with tea? I almost gave a good review but just couldn't after the wifi was practically non-existent in my corner room. Expected way more.

I recently had a wonderful stay for 3 nights in a superior double room. The location was perfect, right by the Piazza del Popolo! The hosts were super attentive and went above and beyond, even helping us with local recommendations. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfy. Can't wait to come back! 😊

Spent 4 nights in a cozy double room, and despite some street noise, the air conditioning kept us cool, and the shower pressure was fantastic! We enjoyed relaxing in the comfy common area and the charming little terrace. Just wish the bed was a tad firmer, but overall, it was a delightful experience. 😊

Great air conditioning and friendly staff, but the Wi-Fi was pretty inconsistent.

I had a great time staying with friends! We loved exploring the historic buildings nearby and appreciated the fantastic hosts. The location made it easy to visit places like the Vatican and the Colosseum. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during a hot summer.
One downside was some street noise that occasionally broke the quiet, especially at night, which might bother light sleepers.
